CLSTR1
CLSTR1 (pronounced “cluster one”) is a transduction-based infrasonic amplifier designed in collaboration with Lunason GmbH. The object’s design purpose is to produce the multimodal acoustic distortion phenomenon named CLSTR0.
CLSTR1 is a ghost catcher. Capable of amplifying infrasonic activity from many sources, this acoustic module can make audible that which came from the inaudible.
CLSTR1 allows me to interface with sound at a raw phenomenological level. Its complex mechanics, and the conceptual flexibility of its inner music have allowed me to share these sounds within a multidisciplinary array of communities.

Documentation
A set of two white paper will be released in mid-December 2025 detailing the design build of this interface, and the aesthetic development of the practice-based research project.
With immense gratitude to Nicola and Domenico Melchiorre from Lunason GmbH for their support and mentorship, without them, interfacing with these ghosts would not be possible.
